Kelly is incredible. I work a physical job, on my feet 10-12 hours a day, and I work out at the gym daily — so my body takes a beating. I actually plan my workouts around my massages because they make such a difference in soreness and recovery. Her work is truly therapeutic but aggressive in the best way — she gets deep into the knots and problem areas without it ever feeling careless. I always leave feeling looser, balanced, and ready to train again. I also highly recommend cupping. The benefits have been huge for recovery and circulation.

Kelly has been my massage therapist for 10+ years. She always takes care to listen to my concerns and offers suggestions on how to improve my mobility. I recently had the pleasure of the new raking technique she applied to my back. Simply put, game changer. My lower back pain was released and again feel renewed. Her facility in Bedford is a convenient location and very warm, inviting and enhances my calming experience.
